COMMERCIAL
Fascon Construction specializes in Commercial construction projects that have several phases to complete the job. When you hire us for commercial projects, Fascon manages the vendors and subcontractors. We communicate with stakeholders to share planning and building updates at the site as soon as possible from planning the design to installing the final touches. We work with several vendors and subcontractors to finish our project at hand by a strict deadline, with Fascon we provide communication, organization and professionalism of which are vital to your project's success.
RESIDENTIAL
Our expertise is not only in the field of construction but also with creation. With our company vowing to Build It The Right Way, The American way we must adapt to all needs of our clients and put our best foot forward towards any project. Along with our structural engineers and architects we work closely with highly trained professionals in both carpentry and Metal Stud Framing.
With our company rapidly expanding we must adapt to both our residential clients needs and commercial client needs allowing for us to have highly trained professionals in both fields.
- Create the framework for walls in commercial and industrial buildings - Assembling wall systems
-Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. -Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
REMODELING
From the installation of sheetrock all the way to the textured finish our expertise and hardworking family of workers has more than enough trained professionals in the field of Drywall. Dating back to 1993 when our Father began his Construction Journey in union 507 it was there he became friends and created relationships with expertise ranging from high level tapers to high level sheet rockers and painters of which to this day are relationships that hold key to our company’s success.
- Sheetrock installation commercial and residential.
- Textured finish ranging from level 1 to level 5 finish.
- Custom textured taper finish such as old world textures, comb textures.
DESIGN
Working closely with our clients we have realized many of us find ourselves knowing we need a change but just don’t know how or what to do. That is a problem many of us come across but thanks to the hard working staff in our design sector they allow for our clientele to begin to see what cannot yet be seen and allow for our client to make changes or adjust previous ideas one once had.
We:
- Create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Determine the optimal furniture placement, and select decorative items
- 3-D renderings/models of design of designated interior.
- Adhere to relevant blueprint, building code, and inspection requirements.
SITE PREPERATION
Fascon Construction, Inc. delivers multi-scope capabilities from demolition and excavation to grading, paving, structure and site concrete. Through proactive and flexible coordination with subcontractors and other project stakeholders, our team gets it done safely, on time and on budget. Whether it’s demoing small structures to a congested downtown structure, we approach each job with extensive planning to ensure a safe and efficient demolition.
